SUMMARY:PTO Safeguarding Leadership Pathway - Bouverie Court
DESCRIPTION:This course will take place at Bouverie Court\, 6 The Lakes\, Northampton\, NN4 7YD. \n\n\n\nThis bespoke leadership training is for anyone with PTO in the diocese. It is delivered over three hours\, face to face. Participants will reflect deeply on their own values and beliefs and combine these with the values and beliefs that are at the heart of good safeguarding behaviour. The idea is that good safeguarding behaviour can then flow from an inner motivation\, rather than it being experienced as an external process that must be followed. This learning pathway has been built around these National Safeguarding Standards \n\n\n\nBy the end of this pathway participants will: \n\n\n\n\nunderstand how healthy culture\, and safe and effective leadership\, shapes Christian communities that are healthy\, safe\, and able to deliver high-quality safeguarding practices.\nevaluate their own practice and identify changes required that will improve their safeguarding practice and responses.\nrecognise how their own faith\, beliefs\, and values support good safeguarding behaviours\n\n\n\n\nTo access this training\, please click on the following link: PTO Leadership Safeguarding Training – Bookings
