Handling Anger in the Family

Tuesdays 16th January - 6th February 2024

Each session runs from 10:00am - 12:00pm

Handling Anger is a 4 session course produced by the national charity Care for the Family. This course will be run by Hope for Families, a registered charity working to support parents and carers living in Northamptonshire and the surrounding area.

Each session is 2 hours long and we will be running this course online. Throughout the course, we aim to help you build strong family relationships and increase your confidence as a parent or carer. We will talk about how you and your child can understand and manage anger safely and healthily. The 4 sessions will run at the following times and we ask you to attend every session to get the most out of the course;

Our trained facilitators are parents and carers just like you and we will be there to guide you through each session, making sure that you get the most out of our time together. We will share our own experiences (including our many mistakes) and we will share many laughs along the way.

Places are limited - we have a maximum number of 12 participants per course so we can get to know each other well - so please do book ASAP to secure your place.

Registration includes the accompanying parent handbook (RRP. £9.99) and additional resources which will be given to you ahead of the first session.

Tickets £12.50 and can be booked here.
