This module has yet to be confirmed.

A day with Hannah Jeffery on laying good foundations for leadership by laying good foundations of self-care

‘I was ordained in 1995 and since then have served in various parishes, as well as 5 years as a CMD officer and school chaplain. Over the years I’ve had to constantly change how I ‘blend’ the various aspects of my life in terms of time given to ‘work’, husband, children, wider relationships and me! At times it’s been a struggle and I’ve had two periods over the years of needing to take some time out to avoid total burnout.

As a result I’m passionate about finding ways to ensure I can thrive in ministry, and in helping others to do the same. I haven’t got all the answers but do have some tips that I’ve found useful that I’m happy to share! I’m currently the Rector of Desborough, Braybrooke, Dingley and Brampton Ash and the Rural Dean of Kettering. I’m married to Tim and we have two children and a cat and are just adjusting to our second ‘child’ starting to fly the nest! So time again for a reblend! Having originally trained as a musician I attempt to keep up my violin playing, and also enjoy reading and walking as ways to recharge the batteries.

Taking place at Bouverie Court NN4 7YD.
