This popular course is about raising awareness on mental health and wellbeing. There are four Sessions to the course, spread over two consecutive weeks. Delivered by Revd Kevin Fear, who was a Minister in Secular Employment working in Health & Safety in the construction industry. He is licenced as an Assistant Priest in the parish of Werrington and is qualified to deliver Mental Health First Aid England’s Online Mental Health First Aid course.

This in-person event will take place over two sessions, starting on Wednesday, 4 March, 2026 followed by a second session on Wednesday, 11 March, 2026, both starting at 10.30am. This course will take place at Bouverie Court, 6 The Lakes, Northampton, NN4 7YD.

This online event will take place on Teams over two sessions, starting on Thursday, 5 March, 2026 followed by a second session on Thursday, 12 March, 2026, both starting at 6.30pm.

Through a creative variety of activities, including led sessions, discussions and quiet reflection, we explore the journey of grief, with a focus on finding a way forward in the changed circumstances that are the result of bereavement.
