- Emails will be looked at twice a day from 8am-9am and 4pm to 5pm for any urgent issues.
To report maintenance issues from 6 January onwards
- The office is open at 8am - 5pm and can be contacted on 01733 887223 or by email at property@peterborough-diocese.org.uk
- All minor maintenance issues to be emailed to directly to Mary Driver in the first instance.
- Any structural, tree or major issues to be directed to Janine Weaver.
- All QI inspections will be completed by Carter Jonas, and they will arrange the visits directly with clergy.
- QI inspections will be reviewed by the committee and then sent out from the property office with the works that have been approved by the committee.

EPC Ratings
The property team has been awarded a grant towards completing EPC ratings for all of our properties, this will help us to support properties to become more sustainable. If you haven't already had a visit from one of our EPC assessors please expect a call from either Jonathan from Peterborough EPC, or Dominic from Northampton House EPC in the New Year.
