    The John Warren Lecture 2026: Sancho & Me

    June 18 | 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

    An extraordinary one-off performance by Paterson Joseph, actor and author, exploring the life of Charles Ignatius Sancho, composer, writer, abolitionist and actor.
    Taking place at St Edmund's Church, Warkton, home to the Montagu Monuments, this is an unmissable evening of storytelling, including Sancho's compositions and original music by co-creator, composer and musician Ben Park. This is a fundraising event for St Edmund's Church Warkton.

    Champions of Barbershop Concert

    June 20 | 7:00 pm

    A spectacular evening of a cappella singing: soul, swing, show tunes and barbershop ‘Hallmark of Harmony’ from Sheffield will be joined by ‘The Great Western Chorus’ from Bristol and ‘The Emerald Guard’ quartet, making it an evening of Champions.

    Extreme Right Aware – Christian Nationalism

    June 22 | 9:30 am - 4:00 pm

    Run by the University of Northampton's Extreme Right Research Network, this course returns for 2026 and will introduce the key concepts and history of the extreme right, it will discuss their language and narratives, methods and routes of radicalisation, and also their use of the online and other spaces to create communities.
