Russ Beese is the Diocesan Secretary/ Chief Executive Officer.  

The Diocesan Secretary/CEO is the administrative head of the Diocese, responsible for financial and operational management.   

Alongside senior charity leadership, Russ has extensive experience in church life and ministry, having served on senior leadership teams within multi-congregational church networks. Earlier in his career, he was a teacher and school Principal, combining educational leadership with a deep commitment to Christian ethos, formation and pastoral care. 

Russ is married to Rebecca, has three wonderful children, Evie, Eliza and Isaac, and a much-loved (and slightly crazy) rescue dog called Poppy. Russ loves reading and supporting his beloved and much maligned West Bromwich Albion.
