"Hi I’m Charlie Nobbs, Director of Mission for the Diocese.   My job – funded by your share – is to help churches of all sizes and shapes to reach out to those who won’t just walk up the path on a Sunday morning – why not invite me over for a chat.   I love the outdoors and once beat Mo Farrah in a marathon!"

"Hi, I’m Roger Woods, the Diocesan Urban Support Officer with a particular passion to help clergy and churches in inner urban and outer estates; I work with churches from other contexts as well!  I love visiting parishes in person and seeing a context for myself.  An interesting fact about myself: I’m a bit of a “statto” on sporting trivia, and appeared on a national TV sports quiz in my younger days."

"Hi I’m Dave Battison, the Parish Growth Officer, and whilst I welcome being involved in all contexts, I do have a particular interest in rural settings. I also support pioneering projects and the creation of New Worshipping Communities. I am an avid fan of Wimbledon fortnight, and I was once in a lift with Steffi Graf!"

"Hi, I'm Helen Bent, a member of the national Leading Your Church Into Growth (LyCiG) team, working with the Diocesan Mission Team here to encourage and inspire churches to grow. I love chatting to people, sharing faith stories and encouraging their own personal faith journeys. I enjoy being outdoors, and am a keen gardener, walker and caravanner."
