The Generous Giving Team now offer a new service to support Treasurers with their parish accounts for a reasonable monthly charge.
We can support you with:
Recording of income and expenditure for your church using the My Fund Accounting software.
Provide regular reports on the church’s finances for PCC meetings
Provide final annual end of year accounts
Make an annual Gift Aid claim if required
All data is held securely on the My Fund Accounting cloud based system
Complete the annual return of finance
We would still need the parish to:
Pay all invoices and have signatories for payments
Bank all monies
Send all itemised details of all banking (vestry sheets), bank statements and invoices to Bouverie Court Monthly
Send breakdowns of funeral and wedding income
