Diocesan Statement regarding the APCS Data Breach

You may be aware of a recent data breach at a DBS check providerer called APCS which has affeceted a number of Church of England Dioceses. 

We can confirm that Peterborough Diocese does not use APCS for DBS checks and has only ever used thirtyone:eight (formerly CCPAS) for processing these checks. This means that parishes are unaffected by the recent data breach at APCS.
