Clarification of legislation confirms that churches can now apply for grants from their parish and town councils.
A proposal has been put forward by the Church of England to enable more choice for clergy when making plans for their retirement housing.

Ownership of the Parish Giving Scheme is transferring to the National Church and from 1 January 2024, the regular giving service will be freely available to all parishes throughout the Church of England.
At our Clergy Study Day in November, we were treated to a recital of a poem written especially for the occasion by Breannah Holton, the Kings School Poet Laureate.
